Your Mission:
As a Bilingual Patient Care Specialist, you will be the frontline for our clients, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls primarily for appointment scheduling within doctors' offices across various specialties. This role is integral to patient care, ensuring seamless access to medical services by efficiently connecting patients with their healthcare providers. Your ability to seamlessly navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage high-volume inbound calls and execute outbound calls for appointment scheduling.
 * Provide exceptional service while demonstrating a clear, professional phone voice.
 * Efficiently utilize multiple digital systems and platforms simultaneously.
 * Commit to continuous learning and adaptation to new software and processes.
 * Maintain meticulous records and ensure accuracy in all interactions, directly impacting patient scheduling and service delivery.

What We Require:
 * Fluency in both English (with an American accent) and Spanish is mandatory.
 * Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
 * Strong work ethic with a demonstrated capacity for independent work and self-sufficiency.
 * A consistently positive, upbeat, and collaborative attitude.
 * Comfortable with high call volumes and prolonged phone usage.
 * Availability to work one of the following 40-hour weekly shifts:
   * Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
   * Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
   * Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
   * Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
 * Essential Home Office Setup:
   * Reliable, high-speed internet connection with:
     * Ping: No higher than 20ms
     * Download: No lower than 10 Mbps
     * Upload: No lower than 4 Mbps
   * Dedicated computer (Chrome notebooks are not compatible with our platforms).
   * Dual monitors or willingness to acquire an additional monitor/screen.
   * Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
 * Interest in a long-term position, recognizing the investment in comprehensive training.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points For!):
 * Previous experience in a call center environment.
 * Background in customer service.
 * Familiarity with the healthcare industry
