Job Summary:

The WordPress Customization Specialist will work on a commission basis, earning per project completed. The role involves customizing WordPress templates to meet client needs, delivering professional and functional websites while ensuring timely delivery. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in a flexible, results-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Template Customization:
- Customize WordPress templates according to client requirements.
- Modify themes, layouts, and plugins to align with the client’s branding and functionality needs.
Client Collaboration:
- Work with clients and project managers to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Provide professional recommendations on design and features to enhance the final product.
Content Integration:
- Incorporate client-provided content, including text, images, and media, into the WordPress framework.
- Optimize website content for performance and SEO best practices.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Perform final checks for responsiveness, usability, and functionality before client handoff.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed on the latest WordPress trends and tools to improve service quality.
- Suggest enhancements to templates and workflows to benefit clients.

Compensation Structure:

Commission Per Project:
- A percentage-based commission or a fixed fee per project, depending on the project scope.
- Additional bonuses for projects completed ahead of schedule or exceeding client expectations.
Incentives for Client Referrals:
- Additional commissions for bringing in new clients to Agglet’s web design services.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Proven experience with WordPress website customization (portfolio required).
- Expertise in theme and plugin modification.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders like Elementor or Divi.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Work Environment:
