Join us as an Agglet Growth Specialist! This is more than a sales job – you'll be a vital
partner in the digital transformation journey of Trinidad and Tobago's SMEs, connecting them with the tools they need to become visible, credible, and competitive online. You'll be at the
forefront of our mission, driving growth for local businesses and for Agglet.

Your Mission: 
To empower Trinidad and Tobago's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to achieve digital success by connecting them with Agglet's essential Digital Foundation Packages and fostering their online growth.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
● Connect & Build Relationships: Proactively identify and connect with potential SME clients across Trinidad and Tobago using your local network, community engagement, and smart outreach strategies.

● Listen & Understand: Conduct engaging virtual consultations to truly understand the
digital challenges, pain points, and aspirations of local business owners.

● Provide Solutions: Clearly present how Agglet's highly affordable Digital Foundation Packages (starting from just $149 USD setup fee) directly solve SME problems like poor online visibility or ineffective social media presence.

● Drive Growth: Guide qualified prospects through our straightforward process, confidently address questions, and help them take the crucial step toward a stronger digital future by closing deals.

● Collaborate Seamlessly: Utilize our CRM system to manage your pipeline and ensure a smooth handover of new clients to our dedicated Onboarding team.

What We're Looking For (Ideal Ambassador Profile):


  • Based in Trinidad & Tobago: Deep understanding of the local market and business culture.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, thriving in a commission-driven environment.   
  • Strong Networker: Possesses a good personal or professional network within T&T.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, clear verbal and written communication, and exceptional active listening abilities. Empathetic and able to build rapport quickly.   
  • Digitally Comfortable: Proficient with online tools (video conferencing, email, social media) and eager to learn our CRM system. A passion for technology and helping businesses succeed online is key.   
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Seeking a genuine part-time/side-hustle opportunity and can manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Coachability: Eager to learn through our comprehensive training program and continuously improve.
  • Prior sales experience is an asset but not required – we value drive, communication skills, and local knowledge.
